Applications Volunteer Grants 2012 open today, with $16 million available to not-for-profit organisations across the country.

If your organisation is eligible, you  can apply for funding between $1,000 and $5,000 to help support your volunteers. The grants can be used to purchase small equipment items, for training courses and for those all-important background screening checks.
